This anarkali is cut from heavy pure Roman chanderi silk in a deep wine shade, the kind that shifts between plum and burgundy depending on the light. The gown falls in a 16 kali silhouette with a full 4 meter flare, so it moves the moment you walk, and the angrakha-style bodice with full churidar sleeves gives it a structured, regal finish that photographs beautifully mid-twirl.
