This one plays with contrast the way a good stylist would tell you to. A mustard gold yoke, dotted with sequin florals, sits against a sage silk body that fades into the same gold along the hem, so the color story shifts as you move down the kurta. The palazzo continues that gold border at the ankle, keeping the two shades talking to each other without either one taking over.
The dupatta is where the fabric gets more interesting. Soft organza silk with a shaded digital print underneath a layer of sequin and thread embroidery, finished in a mendhi-leaf pattern along the border. It drapes light enough for a daytime function but carries enough shimmer to hold its own once the evening lights come on.
