Tone-on-tone embroidery with a flash of silver is the easiest way to look polished at an evening party. This shimmer silk saree has a soft metallic glow and a sheer, fluid drape. A wide border of large roses and curling vines runs along the pallu and hem, outlined in thread that matches the base, with silver zari filling the petals so they catch the light as you move.
The border ends in a clean scalloped edge, and small lotus buttis are scattered across the body. Choose mauve, grey, gold or blush. Each one has the same silver zari highlights, so all four work for day and night. The matching blouse piece carries the rose embroidery on the sleeves.
