This red anarkali is built for movement. The heavy vichitra silk holds its shape as the gown flares out to 3.5 to 3.6 metres, and every twirl catches the mirror work along the hem. The yoke carries fine lace detailing, while the full churidar sleeves are finished with dori, jari and sequin embroidery that runs right down to the cuff.
The hem itself is where the craftsmanship shows: rows of sequin, dori and jari work in gold against the red base, bordered with real mirror-embedded lace. A matching shawl-style dupatta with its own embroidered border completes the look, and the inner lining keeps the silk comfortable against your skin through a long function.
