The colour-blocking is the first thing you notice, deep purple against emerald green in alternating panels down the skirt, with the same two tones carried up into the bodice and sleeves. A wide embellished waistband sits at the empire line, worked in sequins with floral and leaf motifs that add structure between the fitted bodice and the flowing skirt. The bodice itself has a metallic sheen that catches light differently from the matte-finish sleeves, giving the whole gown some visual depth.
Shimmer silk keeps the gown light despite its floor-sweeping length, and the full sleeves are embroidered with the same sequin work as the waistband, tying the whole look together. This is built for a big evening function, a sangeet, or a reception where you want a strong colour statement rather than an all-over embellished look. The matching dupatta carries a touch of the same embroidery to complete the outfit.
