Soft mul chanderi with neat pintucks running down from a V-neckline, finished with a row of hand-worked drop buttons. Below the pintucks, the Anarkali opens into gentle gathers that fall to 46 inches. Round flowers in multi-thread loop work are scattered across the skirt, and a trailing floral border with a scalloped edge finishes the hem and the three-quarter sleeves.
The straight-cut Roman silk pants keep the lower half clean and let the kurta take the attention. The dupatta repeats the loop work flowers with a wide floral border and scalloped edges on all sides. It's light and easy for a day of Diwali visits, a family puja or a friend's mehendi.
