The yoke on this suit is dense with kundan-style cutwork, swirling paisleys and florals picked out in gold-toned stone embroidery with small pops of red and green nestled through the design. It sits against olive roman silk, and that same embroidery carries down the sleeve cuffs before scattering into smaller booti motifs across the body, so the eye keeps finding new detail as it travels down.
The hem picks the embroidery back up in a scalloped border that matches the neckline in scale, and the pants continue the story with their own embroidered border above an elastic waist for easy wear. Roman silk gives the whole set a soft sheen without going glossy, and the dupatta is bordered on all sides with a full lace trim, so it holds its own even when worn loose over the shoulders.
