Navy has a way of making sequin work look understated instead of loud, and that's exactly what this saree does. Diamond stones and fine sequin embroidery are scattered across the heavy organza in an all-over pattern, catching light with every fold of the pallu without weighing the fabric down. The scalloped border in matching thread and sequin work finishes the edge with a bit more density than the rest of the drape.
The blouse is cut from mono Bangalore silk with its own thread and sequin lace detailing, meant to echo the saree rather than compete with it. Since it comes unstitched, you get to decide the neckline and fit.
