The neckline, sleeve cuffs and entire scalloped hemline of this maroon kurta are worked in dense sequin and zari embroidery, built up into florals, vines and a paisley motif that runs down the front placket. The scalloped hem finishes in a beaded tassel edge, the kind of detail that adds movement every time you walk. Full sleeves carry the same embroidery banding at the cuff, so the richness continues all the way down the arm.
The palazzo pant picks up matching floral vine embroidery along its hem, and the dupatta carries the heaviest work of the set, with a wide scalloped border and tasseled edge that mirrors the kurta. Faux georgette gives the whole set a soft drape, with a micro cotton lining inside the kurta for comfort against skin through a long function.
