This saree brings together three things you usually see apart: a woven temple border, hand-style embroidery and a bold pallu. The lavender tussar cotton has a soft, slightly textured feel and a gentle sheen. A wide zari border with temple motifs and fine floral jaal runs along both edges, finished in a blush pink selvedge.
Across the body, Kashmiri-style embroidery in cotton thread adds ivory blossoms, mint leaves and small maroon flowers, with white coral-like sprigs near the hem. The pallu switches to an ikat-style weave in magenta, bottle green and grey, finished with cotton tassels. Pair it with a pearl necklace and a slim watch for pujas, festive lunches and family gatherings.
