Small, well-placed buttis often look richer than all-over work, and this saree proves it. The shimmer silk has a soft metallic glow, dotted with four-petal motifs filled in Kashmiri-style thread embroidery in berry pink and grey. Each motif is outlined in tiny crystal stones that pick up light at every angle, and the same stonework trims the scalloped border.
