This saree is woven in a soft glossy silk that falls with a gentle sheen rather than a hard shine, so it drapes close to the body instead of standing stiff. The real draw is the border: a running vine of cross stitch florals in pink, orange and green that climbs up the pallu and edges the length of the saree, finished with a cutwork trim that keeps the edge from looking flat.
