Charcoal with a copper glow is a moody, grown-up choice for winter functions. This anarkali is cut in vichitra silk with a two-tone sheen that shifts from slate grey to warm bronze in the light. The bodice is clean and fitted with a sweetheart neckline, and the skirt flares into 3.80 metres, falling 47 to 48 inches.
All the detail sits at the hem: a band of ivory zari lace sits above rows of embroidered flower sprigs finished with small sequins. At the back, a deep U-neck ties with dori tassels. The palazzo is in the same silk, and the wide dupatta carries the copper sheen with a gold lace edge on all sides. Add green-drop jhumkas for Diwali parties, receptions and winter weddings.
