Champagne shimmer silk with a soft metallic glow, the kind of colour that looks rich in daylight and even better under warm evening lights. The kurta opens with a round neck and slit placket framed by a dense embroidered yoke. Lower down, a sequin peacock sits among pastel florals, and the hem is filled with a wide band of sequin and thread embroidery.
The sleeves are embroidered along their full length, and the straight pants carry heavy work at the hems, so every visible edge of the outfit is finished. The 2.3 metre dupatta has a lace border on all four sides and tassels at the corners. Pair it with chandbalis and studded heels for a wedding function, Eid gathering or a Diwali evening.
