This is the set you reach for when you want to look dressed up without feeling dressed up. The flared kurta in pure chinnon has a soft sheen and gathers under a wide yoke of gold sequin embroidery with hints of red. A tie-up dori at the neckline ends in beaded tassels, and pearl-drop latkans hang from either side. Balloon sleeves with neat cuffs add volume where it flatters.
A row of gold coin lace runs along the kurta hem and chimes lightly as you walk. Underneath, the matching chinnon sharara falls in a full, fluid flare to 40 inches. Wear it with jhumkas and a potli to a haldi, a small family function or a festive dinner, and you will be comfortable all evening.
