Crimson mul chanderi has a soft, slightly crinkled drape that moves well, with a sheer quality that layers over the micro cotton inner without feeling heavy. A beaded yoke sits across the chest in a deep V, dense with bead and sequin work that tapers into hanging tassels, the one bold detail on an otherwise fluid silhouette. The same beading lines the neckline edge, carrying the look together.
At 48 inches, the top flows loose from the yoke down, closer to a flowing kaftan-style kurta than a fitted anarkali, easy to move in through a long evening. It layers over matching mul chanderi pants, with an elastic waist for comfort. The dupatta, embroidered the same way as the yoke, comes with its own tasseled border and can be worn as a hood-style drape for a more dramatic finish, as styled in the photos.
